This targeted grant provides planning resources to new Early College partnerships in Massachusetts—specifically, K–12 secondary schools collaborating with institutions of higher education that have completed a Commitment to Early College Planning Form. The grant supports the design of Early College programs that align with statewide Guiding Principles and Designation Criteria, aiming to reimagine the high school experience, facilitate college coursework for students, and prepare them for post-secondary success. Special emphasis is placed on serving students underrepresented in higher education and addressing equity gaps in postsecondary outcomes. Eligible expenditures include pilot programs, staff stipends, professional development, planning activities, and consultant support directly related to Early College planning.
