Description
This competitive grant, administered by the Massachusetts Department of Elementary and Secondary Education (DESE), aims to fund the creation, launch, and continuation of regional consortia between sponsoring organizations and PK–12 districts to enhance teacher preparation and professional development in evidence-based early literacy instruction.
