Description
This competitive grant program from the Massachusetts Department of Elementary and Secondary Education (DESE) aims to increase access to high-quality dual language bilingual education (DLBE) for English learners across the Commonwealth. The grant supports districts, charter schools, regional schools, and collaboratives in launching new DLBE programs, expanding existing ones, or sustaining collaborative hubs that build educator pipelines and share best practices. Awardees will participate in a Community of Practice and may be required to share results at statewide network meetings.
