Description
This grant opportunity supports Massachusetts public school districts—including charter schools, regional districts, educational collaboratives, and approved special education schools—in planning and implementing the My Career and Academic Plan (MyCAP) framework in high schools. MyCAP is a structured, student-driven process designed to enhance college, career, and civic readiness by developing comprehensive plans that address students' personal/social/mental health, career development, and academic/future planning. Funding may be used for professional development, team meetings, and curriculum purchases to foster a whole-school commitment to postsecondary planning, ensuring all students are engaged and empowered to plan for their futures based on individual interests, strengths, and skills.
