Description
Administered by the Massachusetts Department of Elementary and Secondary Education (DESE), Title I, Part A provides federal formula funding under the Elementary and Secondary Education Act, as reauthorized by the Every Student Succeeds Act (ESSA). It supports fair, equitable, high-quality education, particularly in districts and schools with high numbers or percentages of children from low-income families.
