Description
This award is designed to immerse pharmacy students in research under the guidance of faculty mentors, deepening their understanding of research and its application in clinical practice. It provides Pharm.D. and undergraduate students at ACPE-accredited schools of pharmacy with hands-on research opportunities, fostering skills in problem identification, hypothesis generation, data analysis, and effective communication of research findings. The program encourages students with a strong interest in research to consider further graduate study and equips them with critical thinking and problem-solving abilities relevant to clinical and collaborative healthcare roles. An additional award is available for students from historically underrepresented racial minorities in pharmacy.
