Description
AEJMC and the Urban Communication Foundation offer this annual research grant to support work that explains, enlightens, inspires, and improves the practice of journalism and communication in urban environments. The program welcomes a diversity of methods and topics within journalism and communication studies.
Projects should identify research questions, describe research activities and analysis, and explain their contribution to knowledge about urban journalism and communication. Recipients present preliminary findings and analysis at a session sponsored by the Urban Communication Foundation during AEJMC’s annual conference.
