Description
This program provides general operating support to eligible not-for-profit organizations and government branches in Illinois that deliver arts programming to their communities. The goal is to help sustain ongoing artistic activities, strengthen organizational capacity, and ensure arts experiences remain accessible and relevant to diverse audiences across the state. An optional Youth Employment in the Arts (YEA) component offers additional funding for organizations to employ Illinois youth (ages 14–22) in administrative or artistic roles.
