Description
This grant provides general operating support to Delaware-based nonprofit arts organizations, helping cover annual expenses such as artist fees, personnel, facility operations, marketing, and other costs essential to delivering arts programming. The program is designed to ensure year-round access to the arts for Delaware communities. Funding is awarded through a three-year staggered application cycle: organizations submit a comprehensive Full Application in the "on year" and shorter Interim Applications in the "off years." Awards are determined annually based on a formula that considers the organization’s operating expenses and available state/federal funds.
