Description
The General Program, part of the Workforce Training Fund Program (WTFP) administered by Commonwealth Corporation, provides Massachusetts employers with funding to create and implement customized, large-scale workforce training initiatives. The program aims to enhance productivity, competitiveness, and workforce skills across the state by supporting employer-driven upskilling and reskilling of both current and newly hired employees.
