WTFP aims to enhance business productivity, competitiveness, and adaptability by funding training for both current and newly hired employees. Multiple grant options are available, including the Express Program (quick-turnaround funding), General Program (larger, strategic projects), General Program Bridge Grant (for ESOL continuity), and limited Technical Assistance Grants.
