Description
This program provides individual, full-time research scholarships to postdoctoral researchers and scholars with a postdoctoral lecture qualification (habilitation or equivalent) in the historical humanities. The grant is intended to support the recipient’s own working hours on a clearly defined research project in fields such as archaeology, history, historical Islamic studies, art history, history of law, prehistory and early history, and the history of science, as well as neighboring disciplines with a historical orientation. The scholarship allows for independent research and offers additional support for travel and material costs. No institutional affiliation or nationality restrictions apply.
