The Gerda Henkel Foundation's General Research Grants: Scholarships program is designed to support individual postdoctoral researchers and scholars with postdoctoral lecture qualifications pursuing original research in the historical humanities. Eligible fields include archaeology, history, art history, historical Islamic studies, history of law, prehistory and early history, and history of science.
