Description
The Gerda Henkel Foundation's General Research Grants: Scholarships program provides funding for individual postdoctoral researchers and scholars with postdoctoral lecture qualifications working in the historical humanities. Eligible disciplines include Archaeology, History, Historical Islamic Studies, Art History, History of Law, Prehistory and Early History, and History of Science. The scholarship supports personal research projects that are clearly distinct from the applicant's PhD work, enabling scholars to dedicate themselves exclusively to their research for periods ranging from one to 24 months.
