Description
The Geographic Enrichment Grant Cycle, administered by the Charlevoix County Community Foundation (C3F), supports community needs on Beaver Island and in Boyne City, Charlevoix, and East Jordan. Dedicated enrichment funds support each community’s people and places, as well as the organizations that serve them. The cycle advances C3F’s mission to enhance quality of life for Charlevoix County residents, now and for future generations.
The program favors collaboration, responses to new needs, fresh approaches to existing needs, efforts that help people help themselves, prevention, and avoidance of duplicated services. Proposals should identify a community need and explain how planned activities address it. Community advisory committees recommend grants to the foundation’s Board of Trustees, and donor advisors may provide additional support.
