The Getty Marrow Emerging Professionals Pilot Program is an initiative by the Getty Foundation to create meaningful, full-time entry-level employment and mentoring opportunities in Los Angeles arts museums and nonprofits. The program is specifically designed for individuals from underrepresented groups who are alumni of the Getty Marrow Undergraduate Internship program. By funding positions across ten prominent Los Angeles arts institutions, as well as at the Getty Museum and Getty Research Institute, the program aims to foster lasting careers in the arts sector and increase diversity and inclusion within the field. The pilot's impact will be evaluated to inform future programming.
