--- ## Description Gilead Sciences’ Giving Where the Need is Greatest program funds nonprofit organizations working to reduce barriers to high-quality healthcare, expand healthcare capacity, and address social determinants of health such as education inequity and stigma. The program targets impactful projects in areas including HIV, liver disease, oncology, and chronic inflammatory diseases.
