    Description

    This program supports faculty from the Great Lakes Colleges Association (GLCA) and the Associated Colleges of the Midwest to undertake travel to Japan, within Japan, or to other East Asian countries for projects directly tied to the study of Japan. The grant is intended to foster the development of new courses on Japan or to enhance existing courses with Japan-related content. Projects must involve activities uniquely possible in the destination country, such as museum visits, fieldwork, meetings, or cultural site explorations, and must clearly articulate how the travel will benefit the applicant’s home campus.
