Description
The Mayo Clinic Global Health Scholars Program provides Mayo Clinic residents, fellows, and select students with the opportunity to participate in immersive clinical rotations in underserved international communities. The program aims to broaden participants’ clinical and cultural perspectives, enhance their ability to deliver care in resource-limited environments, and foster leadership in academic and clinical medicine. Rotations are carefully structured and mentored, with the intent to make a positive impact on both the scholars and the communities they serve.
