Description
The Global Micro-Residencies program, administered by the Franco Institute at the University of Notre Dame, provides funding for tenure-line Arts & Letters faculty to undertake short-term (one to two weeks) research residencies at institutions outside the United States. The initiative aims to promote international scholarly collaboration, expand the global reach of liberal arts research, and build lasting academic relationships between Notre Dame and host institutions. The program also offers optional supplemental funding to support either a graduate student research assistant or a reciprocal visit to Notre Dame by a scholar from the host institution, further enhancing global academic engagement.
