Description
The Global Outreach Fund is a funding line of the University of Zurich (UZH) Global Funding Scheme, coordinated by UZH Global Affairs. It supports activities that enhance UZH’s institutional visibility and position its research excellence in addressing global challenges in relevant international contexts. The wider scheme supports faculties, departments, and professional service units in developing joint initiatives that advance the UZH Global Strategy 2030.
The scheme emphasizes scalable, high-impact initiatives developed by researchers and units across UZH. Collaborations involve Network and Priority Partners and relevant non-academic actors working at the interface between science, policy, and diplomacy. These activities are intended to extend UZH’s international network while strengthening its visibility, impact, and international engagement.
