Description
The UZH Global Funding Scheme, in collaboration with Freie Universität Berlin, empowers University of Zurich (UZH) faculties, departments, and professional service units to develop and implement joint initiatives with international partners. The scheme aims to extend UZH’s global network, visibility, and impact by supporting high-impact, scalable projects that foster collaboration at the intersection of science, policy, and diplomacy. Funding is available for a range of activities, including early-stage proposal development, public outreach, and large-scale, sustainable partnerships, all aligned with the UZH Global Strategy 2030. Three main funding lines are available: Global Seed Fund, Global Outreach Fund, and Global Champion Fund.
