Description
The Global Talent Office Grant Program, administered by the North Dakota Department of Commerce, is a pilot initiative established to enhance the recruitment, retention, and integration of legal immigrants and New Americans into North Dakota's workforce and communities. The program funds employer and community-based projects that foster economic inclusion, support international recruitment pathways, and improve access to services and resources for foreign-born and internationally educated individuals. Four funding tracks support a range of activities: onsite employer strategies, community-based awareness and resource development, community engagement initiatives, and development of community integration plans.
