Description
The GPS Fund Grants, administered by the National Education Association (NEA), are designed to empower NEA State and Local Affiliates to develop, implement, and lead innovative, student-focused initiatives that enhance public education. The program operates in two stages: a Planning Grant phase (open to all eligible affiliates) and a competitive full GPS Fund Grant phase (open only to Planning Grant recipients).
