--- ## Description The Mayo Clinic Pain Medicine Fellowship is a one-year, ACGME-accredited program based in Rochester, Minnesota, designed to provide comprehensive training in the management of acute, chronic, and oncologic pain. Fellows receive hands-on experience in patient assessment, advanced neural blockade techniques, and a broad range of interventional and non-interventional pain management strategies for both adult and pediatric populations. The curriculum emphasizes acute pain management (especially postoperative), and includes required and elective rotations in areas such as palliative care, psychiatry, neurology, oncology, and rehabilitation.
