Description
The Graduate Student Fellowship is run by the United States - Israel Binational Agricultural Research and Development Fund (BARD). It enables Ph.D. students studying in the United States or Israel to spend time in the other country acquiring new skills and techniques relevant to their field of study. The fellowship’s focus is on developing students’ capabilities through cross-country study.
The program operates in both directions: students in the United States can travel to Israel, and students in Israel can travel to the United States. Awards support visits lasting two to six months, with monthly support and a travel allowance.
