Description
The Graen Grant for Student Research on Leaders and/or Teams is designed to support graduate students conducting master's theses, equivalent projects, or doctoral dissertations focused on leaders and/or teams within organizations. The grant aims to advance research with strong practical implications for organizational innovation, learning, or performance. Established in honor of George B. Graen, a pioneer in leadership and organizational psychology, the program encourages research that bridges theory and practice to enhance both academic knowledge and real-world effectiveness.
