Description
The Fond du Lac Area Foundation’s Bi-annual Grant Cycles support programs offering practical solutions to current community problems. Funded through the Foundation’s unrestricted Community Fund, these competitive grants aim to make a clear difference in the quality of life of a substantial number of people in Fond du Lac County.
The Foundation favors projects that encourage cooperation among agencies without duplicating services, involve volunteers, and stimulate others to participate in problem solving. It also prioritizes work that strengthens an agency’s effectiveness or stability and addresses prevention as well as remediation. Projects should serve educational, cultural, charitable, or benevolent purposes and creatively address community needs.
