Description
The Bureau of Parks and Lands at the Maine Department of Agriculture Conservation and Forestry offers several grant programs to support the development, restoration, and enhancement of community recreation resources across the state. These programs include the Maine Trails Program (MTP) and the Land and Water Conservation Fund (LWCF), both designed to assist municipalities, counties, school districts, tribal nations, and eligible nonprofits with funding for outdoor recreation infrastructure such as trails, parks, and related amenities.
