Description
This program, administered by Public Safety Canada, provides grants and contributions to Canadian not-for-profit national voluntary organizations that deliver services related to corrections, conditional release, or community reintegration. The aim is to enhance community safety, support the rehabilitation and successful reintegration of offenders, and address the needs of marginalized and overrepresented groups in the criminal justice system—including Indigenous and Black communities. Funding supports initiatives such as legal and court support, training, peer support, restorative justice, victims’ assistance, and capacity-building activities.
