Description
This program, administered by the Massachusetts Clean Energy Center (MassCEC) under Section 40101(d) of the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act (IIJA), seeks proposals for projects that will strengthen the resilience and reliability of the Massachusetts electric grid.
