Description

This program provides competitive mini-grants to Pre-K–12 educators and instructional staff in Saginaw County, Michigan, enabling them to design and implement creative educational projects that fall outside traditional school budgets. The grant aims to engage students of all learning styles, foster subject understanding, spark curiosity, and build confidence in learning. For educators, it encourages the development and sharing of innovative teaching methods, creation of dynamic classroom environments, and professional growth. Projects are evaluated based on their impact on students, alignment with curriculum, innovation, sustainability, and enhancement of educator skills and resources. Grantees must report project outcomes and may be invited to present their work to the advisory committee.
