Description
The Air and Space Forces Association (AFA) offers grants to JROTC units for innovative, aerospace-themed classroom projects. The program aims to deepen students’ understanding of the critical role aerospace plays in society today and in the future, while encouraging exploration of science, technology, engineering, and mathematics.
These grants are part of AFA’s broader education grant offerings and its partnership with JROTC to operate aerospace education programs. That partnership spans 30 classrooms and reaches hundreds of cadets annually. Supported work brings together classroom learning about aerospace and encouragement to explore STEM, with aerospace serving as the central theme.
