    Description

    Oklahoma Humanities supports the development and production of media that bring humanities ideas to general audiences in creative and appealing ways. Supported formats include radio programs, podcasts, print and digital publications, educational videos, and other digital projects. Radio and podcast projects may be single programs, series, or segments within an ongoing program.

    The program aims to increase access to and engagement with the humanities while enhancing Oklahoma’s cultural landscape. Its evaluation emphasizes well-developed humanities themes, meaningful participation by humanities scholars, public accessibility, and an effective approach to reaching audiences. Oklahoma Humanities is an independent nonprofit and the state affiliate of the National Endowment for the Humanities.
