Description
Grants-In-Aid of Undergraduate Research support Harvard College undergraduates conducting faculty-supervised research. Projects in any subject area are eligible, and work contributing to senior honors theses or associated preliminary studies is particularly encouraged. The program supports practical research needs through laboratory supplies, travel-related expenses to a research site, or stipends for on-campus work during the academic year and summer.
The Museum of Comparative Zoology (MCZ) hosts the program information and handles questions about MCZ funding. Priority may be given to projects using MCZ or Harvard University Herbaria (HUH) research collections, laboratories, and other facilities, as well as related fieldwork. HUH funds specifically support HUH collections-based projects.
