Description
The Wyoming Aeronautics Commission makes Grants-In-Aid from state funds for airport construction and development in Wyoming. The Wyoming Department of Transportation’s Aeronautics Division supports a statewide airport system intended to be safe and viable over the long term.
Supported work includes runway and taxiway construction, navigation aids, terminals, lighting, maintenance, and new or used airport equipment. Planning projects can include land purchases, environmental studies, airport plans, and studies of relocation, rates, or economic benefits.
