Description
The Heinz Endowments provides grants to organizations working to advance the Pittsburgh region across seven strategic areas: Arts & Culture, Civic Participation, Climate, Environment & Health, Community & Economic Development, Food Systems, Veterans, and Workforce. The foundation seeks to foster a vibrant, sustainable, and equitable community by supporting initiatives that align with its program strategies and regional priorities. Grant proposals are evaluated through a rigorous process, including narrative review, financial assessment, and, when appropriate, site visits or meetings.
