Description
The Grassroots Arts Program (GAP) is administered by the North Carolina Arts Council within the North Carolina Department of Natural & Cultural Resources. It provides arts funding to all 100 North Carolina counties through an extensive network of local arts agencies and partner organizations. This local delivery network connects statewide support with the communities those organizations serve.
The program’s central goal is to ensure that all North Carolinians have access to high-quality arts experiences and benefit from the vital role the arts play in community life.
