Description
The Gravely and Paige Grants are a joint effort of the AFCEA Educational Foundation and AFCEA chapters to promote STEM innovation in U.S. elementary and middle school classrooms, with an emphasis on academic programs. Funding helps augment the cost to students of tools and activities used inside or outside the classroom, including robotics clubs, cyber clubs and other science, technology, engineering and mathematics activities.
The program supports teachers’ use of STEM teaching tools and activities to advance their academic programs. Gravely Grants serve elementary school STEM teachers, while Paige Grants serve middle school STEM teachers. Awards are not limited to public schools.
