Description
The Greater Rochester Community Health Foundation (GRCHF), a supporting organization of the New Hampshire Charitable Foundation, offers annual grants to nonprofit organizations addressing access to care challenges in Strafford County, New Hampshire. The program provides general operating support for initiatives such as substance use disorder services, food security, housing, senior services, transportation, culturally appropriate care, service awareness, care coordination, and patient motivation. Collaborative projects and those targeting maternal health are given priority. The foundation was established from the proceeds of the sale of Frisbie Memorial Hospital and is dedicated to improving health and well-being and reducing illness in the region.
