Description
The Greater Rochester Community Health Foundation (GRCHF) Targeted Grants Program supports nonprofit projects that increase access to mental health, behavioral health and substance use disorder services; early education and child care; and food security for residents of Strafford County, New Hampshire. Collaborative projects addressing these priorities receive preference.
GRCHF is a supporting organization of the New Hampshire Charitable Foundation, established with proceeds from the sale of the nonprofit Frisbie Memorial Hospital to HCA Healthcare, Inc. Its broader mission is to improve health and well-being and reduce the burden of illness in Strafford County and surrounding communities. This targeted program focuses that mission on access to services in its three priority areas.
