Description
The Green Discovery Chemistry Award, presented by the American Chemical Society (ACS) Green Chemistry Institute Pharmaceutical Roundtable, honors industrial chemists or teams who have pioneered more sustainable and green technologies in discovery and medicinal chemistry, particularly those involving biologically-active molecules. The award celebrates impactful innovations that advance environmental, safety, or efficiency improvements through green chemistry, including sustainable product isolation, automated synthesis, non-conventional synthetic strategies, novel SAR approaches, or innovative molecular design. The recipient (or a team member) will be invited to present their work at the Green Chemistry & Engineering Conference, with travel and registration costs covered.
