The Greenhouse Gas Reduction Loan Program, managed by California's Department of Resources Recycling and Recovery (CalRecycle), is designed to support recycling manufacturers in California by providing low-interest loans for purchasing equipment, machinery, and making facility improvements or expansions. The program's primary goal is to advance California’s waste diversion and greenhouse gas (GHG) reduction objectives, including the California Global Warming Solutions Act (AB 32).
