The Greenways, Trails, and Recreation Program (GTRP) provides grants to support the planning, acquisition, development, rehabilitation, and repair of greenways, recreational trails, open spaces, parks, and beautification projects in Pennsylvania. Established under Act 13 of 2012 and funded through the Marcellus Legacy Fund, the program aims to enhance public parks, recreation areas, greenways, trails, and river conservation, thereby contributing to community revitalization and environmental stewardship throughout the Commonwealth.
