Description
The Grifols Research Awards in Immunethrombocytopenia encourage clinicians and researchers based in Europe to investigate immune thrombocytopenia (ITP) or improve knowledge of Spleen Tyrosine Kinase (SYK) inhibition as a mechanism of action. The award supports a focused, 18-month research project proposed by an individual or team.
An independent Review Committee of six healthcare and research experts assesses proposals for scientific merit, innovation, clinical or medical impact, and the quality of the research environment. The committee first reviews letters of intent, invites selected candidates to submit full proposals, and chooses one award recipient.
