Description
The International Association for Dental, Oral, and Craniofacial Research (IADR) recognizes excellence in growth and development and craniofacial orthopedics research through this award. It is open to researchers and clinicians at any career level whose work explores ways to modify or harness growth and expand the possibilities for orthopedic correction of severe skeletal discrepancies.
Research is considered through an abstract, supplemental information, and a presentation associated with the IADR General Annual Session & Exhibition. The competition emphasizes innovation, research design, potential impact on craniofacial orthopedic practice and orthodontic correction for growing and non-growing patients, and clarity of presentation.
