--- ## Description This award supports early-career researchers conducting high-quality, original research on how nutrition or hydration impacts exercise physiology or performance. The focus is on studies that deliver practical, translatable outcomes for sports health professionals and athletes. Eligible research may include applied, mechanistic, protocol development, or clinical studies, provided the work is original and not published or accepted for publication at the time of submission.
