This award, offered by the American College of Sports Medicine Foundation, recognizes and supports first-generation master’s and doctoral students pursuing degrees in exercise physiology, sports science, kinesiology, sports nutrition, or exercise psychology. The program provides research funding, a year-long one-on-one mentorship with a GSSI scientist, and complimentary registration to the ACSM’s 2027 Annual Meeting.
