Armenian Studies is understood broadly, rather than being confined to Area Studies. Its scope includes politics, sociology, cultural studies, archaeology, history, and other disciplines within the social sciences and humanities. Proposals are assessed individually, with attention to the academic relevance of the activity and its relationship to the applicant’s expertise.
