Description
This grant from the American Heart Association (AHA) is designed to empower early career researchers to analyze the Get With The Guidelines (GWTG) clinical registry datasets. The initiative supports projects that address gaps in the implementation of care for cardiovascular disease and stroke, utilizing real-world data from U.S. hospitals. Researchers are expected to use one GWTG module (Atrial Fibrillation, Coronary Artery Disease, Stroke, or Heart Failure) via the AHA Precision Medicine Platform, aiming to generate novel and feasible research proposals that advance quality improvement and scientific understanding in cardiovascular medicine.
