Description
The H. and T. King Grant for Archaeology of the Ancient Americas, administered by the Society for American Archaeology (SAA), funds archaeological research projects that promise significant contributions to the understanding of precolumbian indigenous cultures throughout Latin America and the Caribbean (excluding the United States). The grant aims to support innovative fieldwork, laboratory analysis, collection studies, and data synthesis that deepen knowledge of ancient societies in regions such as Mesoamerica, Central and South America, and the Caribbean.
